Product corrections get the fastest reply, since they affect every reader on the page. Setup questions are answered as we are able.
- 01 Product correction Fastest reply
A spec is wrong, a model has been replaced, or a link points to a discontinued product. Send the page URL and what you noticed.
- 02 Outdated recommendation
A recommended product is no longer available, has changed materially, or has been outclassed by a clear alternative.
- 03 Setup question
You are between two paths and the existing guide does not resolve it. Tell us the counter dimensions, drink habit, and cleanup tolerance.
- 04 Press, partnership, or feedback No paid placements
Editorial collaborations, methodology suggestions, or general feedback on the site. We do not accept paid placements.
